Practical maintenance services to support safe, functional, and accessible living environments. Services are delivered to clearly defined scopes and aligned with participant and plan requirements.

NDIS Maintenance Services We Provide

Services are provided based on agreed scopes of work and aligned with participant needs and plan approvals.

NDIS Participants

We work directly with NDIS participants to deliver agreed property, handyman, and lawn maintenance supports that help maintain safe and functional living environments.

Support Coordinators

We support coordinators by providing clear scopes, straightforward communication, and reliable delivery aligned with participant plans and approvals.

Plan Managers & Nominees

We can work with plan managers and nominees to quote, schedule, and deliver approved maintenance supports in line with plan requirements.

Service Boundaries

To ensure safety, compliance, and clarity, the following services are outside the scope of our NDIS offerings:

  • Major building works or structural modifications

  • Full renovations or construction projects

  • Electrical or plumbing works beyond applicable licensing

  • Clinical, personal care, or support worker services

  • Works requiring engineering certification or specialist approvals

  • How Our NDIS Services Work

    Step 1 — Enquiry
An enquiry is received from a participant, support coordinator, plan manager, or nominee outlining the requested maintenance support.

    Step 2 — Scope & Quote
We assess the request, define a clear scope of work, and provide a quote where required. This may include photos, site details, or a site visit.

    Step 3 — Approval
Works proceed once the scope and pricing are approved by the appropriate party in line with the participant’s plan and funding arrangements.

    Step 4 — Scheduling
Services are scheduled based on availability, scope, and agreed timeframes.

    Step 5 — Completion & Documentation
Works are completed to the agreed scope, with relevant documentation provided where required.
